Baylee-opolis has very little rules, but like any other country it does have some. The leader, Baylee Swenson, is also the president and queen. She will inforce the rules. There are 2 warnings, if you break a law 3 times, you will be kicked out of Baylee-opolis. The only way to come back is to bring a type of animal here.

If you have ever heard that Bottchie invented the flying cars then you are mistaken. Baylee-opolis invented them and Bottchie tried to steal them. They sent a spy to Baylee-opolis and the spy found and wrote down all the items needed to build and make the flying cars. We banned all people who have lived in Bottchie to enter Baylee-opolis. Bottchie is just jealous of the awesomeness that Baylee-opolis has!
